Recipients
The seller and providers needed for hosting, payment, downloads and support may process data necessary for their tasks. The shop uses Shopify and Digital Products; the selected payment provider also participates. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Shopify, Shop and Shop Pay features may also process data for their own purposes, including security, service improvement and, depending on your choices and applicable rules, personalisation and marketing reminders. Shopify may then act as a separate data controller. See its consumer privacy policy and its privacy portal to manage rights concerning that processing.
ZENX does not sell your email address. Complete card details are processed by payment providers.
International transfers
Shopify and its providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable mechanisms may include an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. See the Shopify policy and its transfer information. You can request details from the ZENX contact address.
How long is data kept?
Data needed for service is kept during the contractual relationship, then archived on a limited basis for guarantees, evidence and legal obligations. Accounting records and invoices are kept for ten years. Data needed as evidence of a contract may be kept during the applicable limitation period, generally five years, subject to specific statutory periods.
For marketing, data is kept for no more than three years after the commercial relationship ends or a prospect's last active contact, unless consent is renewed. Data needed to honour an objection is kept solely for that purpose. Cookie duration depends on purpose; preferences are shown in the consent system.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and, under statutory conditions, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without retroactive effect. Some documents cannot be deleted immediately where a legal obligation requires retention.
Email info@zenx-klaim.com. Proportionate identity verification may be requested where necessary. A response is normally given within one month, with a reasoned extension where permitted by law. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and preferences
Necessary cookies notably keep the cart, secure payment and remember certain choices. Non-exempt advertising or analytics trackers require prior consent. Accept, refuse or change your choices through the shop's privacy system; refusing optional trackers does not prevent purchasing.
Browsing alone is not consent. Cookie choices do not constitute a newsletter subscription.
