Terms applying to ZENX digital guides and packs.

1. The seller

2. The products

Purchases are downloadable digital content. The editions presented in this English section are in English. No physical book, software, subscription, paid plugin or generation credit is sold with the guides.

Main guide — €49.99: 111-page English PDF, visual examples, prompts and worksheets integrated into the workflow.
DaVinci + Topaz — €24.99: 16-page English PDF guide, .drx PowerGrade, .cube LUT and HandBrake preset.
After Effects + Topaz — €24.99: 18-page English PDF guide, .ffx preset and HandBrake preset.

The product page and summary shown before payment specify what is purchased. These are written guides and files, not a video course or unlimited individual coaching.

3. Prerequisites and compatibility

PDFs require a PDF reader. Files are delivered in ZIP archives to extract. Using presets requires the corresponding software and, where applicable, paid licences.

The DaVinci pack uses DaVinci Resolve, Topaz and HandBrake. Full PowerGrade compatibility with free Resolve is not confirmed; some effects may require Resolve Studio. The After Effects pack uses After Effects, BCC Unsharp Mask, Magic Bullet Looks, Topaz and HandBrake. Plugins and licences are not supplied: a preset does not install them.

Topaz on a computer requires compatible hardware, particularly a suitable graphics card. Web processing is paid, subject to its own terms and may differ from the software. Guide screenshots notably show an older Topaz interface. Check official requirements and your software versions before buying. If in doubt, email me.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and correspond to a one-time payment. In France: VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, according to the exemption scheme declared by the seller. The final amount and any destination-related taxes are shown before confirmation. No physical delivery fees are added.

Available payment methods are those offered at checkout. A declined or unconfirmed payment does not grant file access. ZENX does not receive your complete card details.

5. Launch offer

From 25 October 2026 at 18:30 to 1 November 2026 at 23:59, Paris time, buying the main guide for €49.99 includes one free finishing pack of your choice : DaVinci + Topaz or After Effects + Topaz. Choose before payment; the pack must appear in the order. Each pack remains available separately for €24.99, without a free main guide. Both packs purchased separately cost €49.98.

The benefit applies to one pack per eligible order. Check the discount before payment; if it is absent, contact me before confirming. If you withdraw from the entire main-guide purchase, access to the free pack supplied under this offer is also removed; no fictional gift price is deducted from the refund.

6. Placing an order

Choose your product and, if applicable, your free pack. Check contents, quantity, total price and email address. You can correct errors before the final button confirming the obligation to pay. The order is confirmed after payment acceptance.

The contract is concluded in French; this English version is provided for understanding. The terms in force on the purchase date apply to that order. Keep the summary and confirmation emails. You may request a copy of contractual information from the seller's contact address.

7. Digital delivery

Files are made available automatically after payment confirmation, normally within five minutes. An email contains the links. Access is also provided on the confirmation page and through order tracking.

Use an address you can access. With PayPal, Apple Pay or another express payment, check the displayed address before confirming. If the email is missing, check spam and order tracking, then contact info@zenx-klaim.com with the purchase reference. Bank delays, payment checks or technical incidents can delay delivery; contact me if files are not accessible within the stated time.

Download and keep a local copy. Guides are provided without a subscription. Future updates to the purchased guide and its methods are included free, in addition to updates legally required to maintain conformity. Buyers are informed by email when a new version is available.

8. Withdrawal

Immediate access following your express consent: you request provision of the digital content without waiting until the statutory period ends and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal when provision begins. When these consents have been validly collected and confirmed, the purchase no longer benefits from withdrawal or a refund for a simple change of mind. Statutory guarantees still apply.

To receive digital content immediately, you may expressly request provision before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and expressly acknowledge losing that right when provision begins. These two consents are collected separately before payment in the ZENX cart and confirmed in the order confirmation email.

Once these conditions are met and provision has begun, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised under Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code. No change-of-mind refund is then offered. The digital nature of the product or downloading alone is insufficient: without valid, confirmed express consent, the consumer retains a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. If its last day is a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it extends to the next working day. Statutory guarantees and refunds required under them remain applicable in all cases.

Send your clear request to info@zenx-klaim.com, by post to the seller's address, or use the request available through your orders. Specify the order and products concerned. An acknowledgement is sent on a durable medium.

Refunds are made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receipt of your decision, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees. For full withdrawal, stop using the content and delete copies; access may be disabled. No postal return of a file is required.

9. Statutory guarantees

The professional responsible for guarantees is the seller identified in section 1. To report a missing, corrupted or incorrectly described file, contact the seller with the order reference and issue. Statutory guarantees apply independently of any withdrawal.

Legal information — one-off provision of digital content

The consumer has two years from provision of the digital content or service to invoke the statutory conformity guarantee if a lack of conformity appears. During one year from provision, the consumer need only establish that the lack of conformity exists, not when it appeared.

The statutory conformity guarantee requires all updates necessary to maintain conformity of the digital content or service.

It entitles the consumer to have digital content or services brought into conformity without undue delay following a request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.

The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or service, or terminate the contract with a full refund in exchange for giving up the content or service, if:

The professional refuses to bring the digital content or service into conformity;
Bringing the digital content or service into conformity is unjustifiably delayed;
Conformity cannot be restored without charging the consumer;
Restoring conformity causes major inconvenience to the consumer;
The lack of conformity persists despite the professional's unsuccessful attempt to restore conformity.

The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination when the lack of conformity is serious enough to justify an immediate reduction or termination. In that case, the consumer need not first request that conformity be restored.

Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract only if the contract does not require payment of a price.

Any period of unavailability while conformity is being restored suspends the remaining guarantee period until conforming digital content or services are provided again.

The rights above arise from Articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.

A professional who obstructs implementation of the statutory conformity guarantee in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer also benefits from the statutory hidden-defects guarantee under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery of the defect. It entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the content or service is kept, or a full refund in exchange for giving it up.

10. Use of files and examples

You may use purchased methods and presets in your own projects, including commercial ones, subject to software licences and source rights. You may not redistribute, resell or share access to delivered PDFs, archives or presets, subject to statutory exceptions.

The method relies on AI tools. The look depends on sources, versions, hardware, tests and the work performed. No identical visual result, income or universal production time is guaranteed. This does not reduce the obligation to deliver the described content.

Examples and any personal adaptations transfer no rights over third-party works, trademarks or characters. Check your rights to images, voices, music and other sources before distribution. Using AI does not remove these obligations.

11. Complaints and mediation

First send your complaint to info@zenx-klaim.com or by post to the seller's address. You may include screenshots and the order reference, without bank details.

Membership of a consumer mediation service is in progress. Its name, address and website will appear here once membership is confirmed. For any complaint, first contact ZENX at info@zenx-klaim.com.

The contract is governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protective provisions applicable in their country of residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

Downloads, results and updates

Each download link allows two ZIP downloads. After the second, that link can no longer download the file. Viewing the email or access page does not use your allowance. Keep a copy on your device. For a technical issue, contact info@zenx-klaim.com with your order reference.

I share my complete technique and all my methods for the stages covered by the purchased guide. No income, view count or result identical to mine is guaranteed. Your results depend on your creations, practice and application of the method.

Future updates to the purchased guide and its methods are free for buyers. When I update techniques to follow evolving AI models, the website and guides are updated. You receive an email giving free access to the new version. The update link has its own download allowance. These updates do not include software, plugins, subscriptions or generation credits, purchased separately.
